How does service billing work?
Billing is performed monthly through a previously contracted fixed package of hours. This model ensures financial predictability, demand prioritization, and better operational planning.
Can I change plans after signing up?
Yes. A plan change can be requested with at least one month’s notice and will take effect in the following month, allowing for an organized transition with no operational impact.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation can be requested at any time. The contracted hours will be billed through the end of the current month and may continue to be used normally by the customer until the end of the period.
Does the management cover multiple SaaS platforms?
Yes, we work with multiple SaaS platforms. However, support is subject to the availability of professionals specialized in each technology. Not all platforms are supported, and feasibility is evaluated on a case by case basis.
Is it possible to customize the scope of the service?
Scope customization is exclusive to the Advanced package. In this model, the service is tailored to the client’s needs, taking into account platforms, integrations, operational volume, and strategic objectives.
