Brand Identity Guidelines
Leading brands get recognized. Understand the relationships between graphic elements, colors, logotype, typography, and other assets that make up the vaide.app brand system.
01
Brand Architecture
Brand architecture organizes and connects the master brand to sub-brands, products, or services. It defines relationships, levels of independence, and hierarchy — bringing clarity to the audience and strengthening portfolio management.

Logo guidelines
Having a sub-brand, product, initiative, campaign, or event does not imply having its own logo. Excessive or misaligned logo creation can generate communication noise, weaken corporate identity, and fragment culture.

02
Logo
The vaide.app logo is the official and most concise signature of the brand. Its simple, geometric, and rounded form evokes the technological, dynamic, and friendly nature of our products and services.
Horizontal version — primary usage
The vaide.app logo must always be used in accordance with the guidelines described in this guide. Use the official brand files and do not attempt to reconstruct the logo from its design or elements.
Logo versions
Icon without box
Minimalist version of the symbol, intended for graphic or decorative applications validated by the brand team.
Protection area
The protection area is the minimum space around the brand that ensures its visual integrity and reproduction without recognition interference. For vaide.app, the brand symbol serves as the basic breathing module.
General rule: consider the size of the symbol — the V inside the box — as the minimum breathing unit in all directions.
Minimum size
| Version | Digital minimum | Print minimum |
|---|---|---|
| Horizontal logo | 32 px height | 12 mm height |
| Vertical logo | 48 px height | 16 mm height |
| Icon with box | 16 px height | 8 mm height |
| Icon without box | 20 px height | 10 mm height |
Color versions and backgrounds
The logo can be reproduced on backgrounds of different colors, provided that reading contrast is maintained. We prefer application on purple, black, and light gray. For photographs, seek areas of low visual complexity.
Incorrect applications
Consistency in logo application is essential to generate identification, recognition, and brand strength.
- Do not distort the logo by stretching or compressing its shape.
- Do not apply outlines, shadows, glows, or unauthorized effects.
- Do not rotate the logo or apply colors outside the official palette.
- Do not use the logo with masks, transparency, or embellishments.
- Do not create new variations, derivations, or mascots from the symbol.
- Do not use the logo or symbol within body text.

Contrast and combinations
Color combinations for text, graphic elements, and backgrounds are essential for accessibility and message readability.

|---|---|---|
| Purple + White | Use freely | Primary application — high contrast |
| Black + White | Use freely | Maximum readability and versatility |
| Purple + Black | Use with care | Only in occasional graphic elements |
| Light Gray + White | Do not use | Insufficient contrast |
Gradients
Gradients are formed from transitions between palette colors. They can be used as color backgrounds but must not be applied to text, graphics, or icons.
Purple + Black
More sober, premium, and technological perception.
Purple + Light Gray
Smooth transitions for presentations and corporate materials.
04
Typography
The letterform serves a functional demand and defines the visual universe of the brand. The official typeface of vaide.app is Inter.
Corporate typeface — Inter
Inter was chosen for its excellent screen legibility, wide open-source availability, contemporary neutrality, and technical design aligned with the brand's digital universe.
Use Inter for everything: headlines, callouts, subheadings, subheads, kickers, body copy, and captions. Do not combine or add other typefaces to the visual identity.

Best practices
- Keep line-height between 1.4 and 1.6 for body text.
- For headings, prefer line-height between 1.1 and 1.2.
- Avoid centered text in long paragraphs.
- Do not use more than three different weights in the same piece.
- Maintain a minimum contrast of 4.5:1 between text and background.
- Do not stretch, compress, or apply false italics to the typeface.
05
Graphics
Dynamic and proprietary, the brand graphics enrich the message and present an expressive universe for brand communication.
The symbol as the basis for graphics
The vaide.app graphic is built from the basic form of our symbol: the stylized V with a check and dot, inside a rounded-corner square. It represents our ability to move forward, validate processes, and deliver solutions assertively and technologically.
Form and construction
- The V symbol is constructed with strokes of equal thickness, always proportional to the box.
- The characteristic dot is sized proportionally to the stroke thickness.
- The box corners are rounded with a proportional radius.
- Proportions must be maintained in any application.
Colors in graphics
Graphics can be applied over all palette colors, including tone-on-tone solutions. Reproduction must use only purple, black, white, or light gray.
Incorrect graphic applications
- Do not distort the symbol's proportions.
- Do not change the defined colors for graphics.
- Do not rotate or mirror the graphic randomly.
- Do not use regular hexagons or honeycomb patterns.
- Do not use graphics as mascots or characters.
- Do not apply excessive 3D effects or realistic textures.
06
Iconography
Iconography makes brand messages simple and agile, using proprietary drawings that reinforce the style of our visual universe.
Icons and pictograms simplify ideas, concepts, and messages. In communication materials, they help build personality and make reading faster.
- Lines with rounded corners, in harmony with the brand symbol.
- Simplified geometric shapes, without excessive detail.
- Outline style as the primary standard.
- 24×24 px construction grid for web and digital.
- 2 px line thickness and minimum internal margins of 2 px.
- Rounded tips and junctions.
To maintain consistency, single-color icons must use purple #594F97, black #000000, or white #FFFFFF. For two-color icons, maintain one primary color and only one accent detail.
07
Photography
Images illustrate our messages, bring the language closer to the audience, and contribute to building a unique and recognizable visual universe.
Overview
vaide.app photography is modern, technical, and human. It shows technology connecting people, processes, and companies with clarity and professionalism.
Concept
- Technology and innovation: modern corporate environments, screens, devices, and digital flows.
- Trust and professionalism: people in technical and collaborative conversations.
- Clarity and focus: clean compositions, few elements, and controlled depth of field.
- Diversity and connection: plural representation of genders, ethnicities, ages, and professional contexts.
Wide, neutral, and natural light
We seek diffuse, solar-looking illumination with neutral tones, avoiding heavily marked shadows.
Vivid but controlled colors
Colors should give depth to the scene without reaching overly saturated or grayed-out extremes.
Diversity and connection
The choice of models should represent Brazilian and Latin American multiculturalism.
Casual, positive, and confident acting
People should appear natural, focused, collaborative, or in moments of discovery.
Stock photos must have validated licenses and rights before reproduction. Reproduction of images without authorization from the rights holder is prohibited.
08
Composition
Our communication is rich in elements and possibilities, but the results must be simple and accessible at every touchpoint.
Ways to apply
- With organization, graphics, text, and photography can interact in the layout.
- Select focal areas with less visual competition to position the logo.
- Different photographs of the same scene from distinct angles create continuity and dynamism.
How to use
- Colors can highlight excerpts of headlines and callouts, always selectively.
- The symbol can appear at different scales and colors as a compositional element.
- Sparingly, the logo can take on a hero application in large proportions.
Composition with photo
- Graphics can serve as a backdrop for text and logo in areas of good contrast.
- They can also act as a frame to highlight specific parts of the image.
Editorial and corporate
- Prioritize typography, wide margins, and balanced visual rhythm in booklets, e-books, and presentations.
- For bags, t-shirts, and branded merchandise, prefer simple and legible logo applications.
- Maintain consistent hierarchy between headings, body text, and graphic elements.
