Process before tooling
Nobody here configures anything without having watched how the operation actually runs — including the workarounds the team invented and never documented.
Our thesis
Most companies we work with already had the right tool before they met us. The CRM was bought, the ERP was live, the licence was being paid every month. What was missing was someone who understood the operation before configuring anything.
Software vendors sell a licence and move on. Large consultancies send a junior team with a senior who shows up for the monthly meeting. Either way the operation pays the bill — still on the spreadsheet while the system looks good and sits empty.
We work the other way: a small, senior team inside the project. Whoever maps the process is the one who configures it. Whoever configures it is the one who trains. And what we deliver has to survive our departure.
How we work
It is the same method for implementation, AI, process work or bespoke development. What changes is the object, not the rigour.
Free, no strings. We map the stack, the bottlenecks and what pays off. You leave with a plan, even if you never sign with us.
Data model, integrations and business rules documented before any configuration or line of code.
Configuration, validated migration and testing with the key users. Short delivery cycles, with a live demo each time.
Role-based training, documentation handed over, and usage indicators tracked until the agreed target is met.
Principles
Not values on a wall. These are the rules we use to say yes, to say no, and to settle a disagreement mid-project.
Nobody here configures anything without having watched how the operation actually runs — including the workarounds the team invented and never documented.
No manager layer relaying messages. The specialist who gathers the requirement is the one who executes and the one you hold accountable later.
Documentation, training and handover are part of the scope. If the client can only operate with us around, the work is not finished.
The timeline comes out of the diagnostic and goes into the contract. Scope grows by joint decision and explicit conversation, never as a surprise on the invoice.
Limits
A consultancy that accepts everything delivers badly somewhere. These are the refusals that have already cost us work, and we kept them.
We are not a reseller and we earn no vendor commission. When the recommendation is to keep what you already have, it comes with no conflict of interest.
Before proposing development, we assess the market solution. If it fits, that is the recommendation — even when it means a smaller project for us.
If a case cannot have a cited source or workable human review, our recommendation is not to automate it. We say so in the diagnostic, not afterwards.
Support is monthly, code and access stay in your name, and the handover is part of the service. Continuity is earned through work.
If the diagnostic concludes that your internal team can handle it, that is what we will say. It has happened, and it will happen again.
